Description

Community Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a busy physician practice. This is a full-time position. No weekends or holidays! Nurses are responsible for triaging and assessing patients, assisting providers with patient care, patient education, monthly quality checks and logs, and other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must have the following to be considered for employment: 

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio
• Active Basic Life Support license
• Minimum of one year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• EHR experience 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be well organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people
