Community Health Services (CHS) is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a clinical, administrative role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixed schedule of direct patient care and supervision over the Nursing Department. The core of this role is to provide safe, evidence-based care with a focus on quality to meet organizational compliance and standards of care. This is an outstanding opportunity for an organized and experienced advanced practitioner.
