Community Action Pioneer Valley is Hiring a Family Support Worker (Greenfield) Near Greenfield, MA

Family Support Worker (Greenfield) $2,000 bonus

Are you passionate about working with families and children? Do you want to make a real impact in your local community? We are seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Family Resource Center Team. In this role you will work with parents and caregivers of children (birth-18) on increasing their parenting skills, advocacy skills and support networks to address barriers. Bring your creativity as you provide case management, design activities and make referrals for additional resources.

Full-time, onsite position including some weekday evening & monthly Saturday morning hours with flexible scheduling, $19.79 - $21.00 /hour. BIPOC candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates required. There is a current need for Spanish and/or Haitian Creole speaking professionals. $.50-$1.00 language differential provided. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, safe driving record, and satisfactory CORI required.
