POSITION LOCATION PROGRAM

Family Service Associate Warren Family Nurturing

Closes: Open Until Filled Part-time position available with our Family Nurturing Program serving a ten-county area.

The position is up to 22 hours per week. Duties include but are not limited to providing in-

home prevention and support services and facilitating family team meetings. Additional

responsibilities include parent education, mentoring, conflict management, record

keeping, linkage coordination and making resource referrals as needed. This position

requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills

including word processing and spreadsheets.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in a human services area,

a Bachelor’s degree in an area outside of human services but have at least one year of

experience providing in-home services or have two years of experience providing In-

Home services which includes parent education for children and families. All appropriate

licensure/certifications are required. A valid Kentucky driver’s license and dependable

transportation are also required.

Salary: Starting salary for this position will be $13.72/hour.
