Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Teacher to join our team. As an Associate Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. You will assist the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans, promoting child welfare, and fostering a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide individualized attention and support to children in their learning and development
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore, learn, and grow
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote a respectful classroom environment
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and other staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support children's literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises
- Assist with toddler care, including diapering, feeding, and ensuring their overall well-being
- Contribute to curriculum development by providing input on activities and materials that align with educational goals

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment

- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and the ability to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
