Admissions Coordinator/Marketing Director

FULL-TIME / MON thru FRI / DAYLIGHT

Admission/Marketing Director Primary Function:

• Responsible for identifying key referral sources and developing and maintaining relationships that support and broaden the referral base.
• Responsible for all aspects of external referral development of potential residents. Works with Administrator to plan and communicate census initiatives to other facility staff.
• Responsible to administer the marketing plan for the facility.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare or business-related field
• Strong background in marketing/sales to older adults
• Two years relevant work experience in healthcare marketing.
• Requires excellent customer service, speaking & presentation skills and the proven ability to develop effective referral relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, residents/families, and vendors at all levels.
