SENSATIONAL COTA NEEDED-NORTHEAST/NORTH HOUSTON!
Communication Essentials is a therapist-owned pediatric home health agency which provides outstanding therapy services to children in their natural environment, including the home or daycare setting. Our mission is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to support our patients to maximize each child's potential to develop essential skills needed for life and learning.
Responsibilities of the COTA
- Our team is seeking a creative and energetic COTA to join our dynamic group of caring professionals for pediatric home visits for a PART TIME caseload in NORTHEAST/NORTH HOUSTON (59N/45N).
- Afterschool availability required.
- Supervision provided.
- The ideal candidate is a therapist who is already doing home health and would like to supplement their current caseload with additional daytime or afterschool patients.
Qualifications of the COTA
- Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent Current Texas state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Current Driver's License. Minimum of two professional references. Previous pediatric experience preferred. Reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance. Flexibility is a must. Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus but not required.
