For the past 20 years we have partnered with over 50 City Recreations, School Districts, Private Schools and Home Schools to offer our classes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced front office. Bright Marketing or English graduates with some marketing experience may be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup and execute online marketing plans, including website, email, social media and marketplaces
• Setup and execute print marketing plans, including flyers, press releases, advertising, trade shows and channel partner events
• Update website to add more content, generate more traffic and promote online registration
• Work with channel partners to jointly promote our courses
• Develop new channel partners by researching and contacting target markets to setup partnerships
• Interact with parents in person and on the phone to promote, up-sell and cross-sell courses
• Assist in managing classes, instructors and course materials

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing, Communication Studies, English or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
• Hands-on experience in working with websites, SEO, email and social media marketing
• Experience in creating flyers and advertising collaterals
• Proficient in PC and MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS, both verbal and written
• DETAILED ORIENTED and demonstrated MULTITASKING capabilities
• Collaborative team player, mature, responsible, self-starter

College students majoring in Marketing, Communication Studies and English are encouraged to apply.

Hours: Tuesdays to Fridays from 1:00-5:00 and Saturdays 9:00-1:00. MUST be able to work on Saturdays.

Hourly Rate: $18 - $25 an hour
