POSITION SUMMARY: Facilitates client service delivery, billing and collection procedures
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED and 2 years experience working in a health care or behavioral health care setting. (May substitute additional education for experience.
SKILL SETS: Knowledge of MS -Office, analytical skills, decision making skills, communication, and organization and presentation skills and must be able to type.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIORMENTAL DEMANDS: Visual acuity necessary for updating files and completing an assortment of paperwork. Requires frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching to file records. Hearing and talking necessary to answer phone and talk with employees and other individuals. Work is light with walking, standing and sitting. Manual dexterity is required to perform word processing and other clerical duties.
