RN-Unit Manager

We currently have an opening for a full time, RN Unit Manager for our 100 bed skilled nursing home facility. The ideal candidate for this position will be an RN with previous or current management experience. Strong managerial and clinical skills are required. Starting hourly rate is based on experience.
The RN Unit Manager provides personal nursing care to the residents and leadership to the nursing staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. Main duties will include handling admissions, discharges, and assessments on a busy skilled nursing unit.
