CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced healthcare professional with proven admissions and marketing abilities for the position ofMobile Admissions Director for our Ohio facilities. This is a mobile position that includes travel and will focus on Ohio centers in need of admissions and marketing directives and support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree. Bachelors preferred
• Previous experience admissions / marketing roles in health care required. 1 or more years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable transportation a must
• Flexibility with days and time needed
• Self-driven with excellent multitasking ability
• Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the job
• Willingness to travel; occasional overnight travel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Mobile Admissions Director, you will drive admission efforts through referral relationships in the community and area hospitals. You will work with the nursing center team, external liaisons, and the Central Intake department. You’ll focus on referral conversion to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals for our facility.

Responsibilities will include:

• Referral coordination and conversion
• Working in tandem with the Central Intake department and clinical liaisons
• Pre-admission and admission procedures
• Tours and follow ups
• Room readiness
• Customer service
• Onsite assessments
• Relationship cultivation with hospitals and community partners
