School Based CPST & EHR Supervisor

CommQuest seeks a School Based Mental Health (SBMH) Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Supervisor is responsible for working in conjunction with the SBMH Program Manager in the clinical supervision and coordination of CPST services, along with being responsible for the overall training and support for Electronic Health Records for the SBMH Program. In addition, the Supervisor is also responsible for providing direct service as a Professional SBMH Counselor.

What you'll do:

  • Coordination of CPST
  • In coordination, with the SBMH Program Manager and the ECMH & Prevention Program Manager, participate in CPST staffing selection, training, and assignment.
  • In conjunction with the Program Manager and other SBMH Coordinators - gather, organize, and maintain all necessary data (participants, schools, etc.) outcomes, feedback/satisfaction, and other information required for program and agency reporting, including internal reports and feedback to leadership and reports to StarkMHAR and United Way.
  • Maintain all required records (as required for accreditation, StarkMHAR review, internal PQI, etc.), including group and individual supervision notes, meeting agendas and minutes, and other records/documents.
  • EHR training and support
  • In coordination, with the Program Manager, contribute to SBMH staff orientation, assuming primary responsibility for the initial staff Electronic Health Record (EHR) training and any necessary annual review training.
  • Provide consultation, as needed for any documentation and EHR staff questions, challenges or concerns, in coordination with the CPI department.
  • In conjunction with the Program Manager and other SBMH Coordinators - gather, organize, and maintain all necessary data (participants, schools, etc.) outcomes, feedback/satisfaction, and other information required for program and agency reporting, including internal reports and feedback to leadership and reports to StarkMHAR and United Way.
  • All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Field based position requires visits in schools, home, and neighborhood/community settings. Routine evening hours and flexibility with scheduling required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • LISW or LPCC with State of Ohio independent license issued from the Counselor, Social Work, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board (OCSWMFTB) is required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Minimum experience of two or more years' post licensure experience is highly preferred. Experience ideally will reflect a willingness to provide services to a wide variety of clientele. Position requires the ability to manage time well, complete a variety of paperwork in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain case files in accordance with (IAW) the requirements of various auditing authorities such as Medicaid, COA, third-party payment plans, agency reviews, etc.
  • Must possess the ability to utilize supervision and teamwork toward best practice service delivery.
  • Possesses effective organizational, facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
