CommQuest seeks a Counseling Supervisor for our men's residential facility, Wilson Hall in Massillon, Ohio. You will play a vital role for our clients who are in treatment recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.

What you'll do:

• Provide chemical dependency and mental health intakes, screenings, and assessments
• Facilitate individual and group counseling as well as client and family education
• Orient new clients to the treatment philosophy
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

This is a full-time position during day shift hours. Must have the ability to work weekends and have the flexibility to work additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of LPCC-S highly preferred
• Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or related field required
• 1 year experience with Alcohol and Other Drugs in conjunction with mental/behavioral health (AoD) in a residential setting required
• Knowledge of addiction, Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step programs preferred
