Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED, with further education or certifications in a related field preferred.- Valid Driver's License with an exemplary driving record.- Extensive knowledge and experience in mosquito and pest control.- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in supervising and training teams.- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and lead teams in doing the same.- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as required for effective team leadership and service delivery.
