**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate enrollment processes and access necessary services. Ideally you are a service coordinator or a maximus enrollment specialist currently or work for the counties area on aging office.

**Duties:**

- Conduct outreach to potential program participants

- Assist individuals in completing enrollment forms and applications

- Provide guidance on available programs and services

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes

- Maintain accurate records of enrollments and follow-up activities

- Coordinate enrollment events and information sessions
