Commonwealth Resources is Hiring a Project Manager Near Canton, MA
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Utilize estimating software
- manage projects with managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify potential cost factors
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop accurate pricing
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost control recommendations
Project Manager Qualifications/Skills

- Professional appearance and personality
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and problem solve when necessary
- Ability to work both as a team player and individually
- Strong working knowledge of job safety
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
