You will serve as the main user for district materials and backup user for procurement, responsible for conducting materials training for staff across our 9 maintenance organizations as required. As directed by the District Roadway Program Manager, you will perform professional technical support functions related to maintenance supplies and services, including administrative duties, results analysis, and inventory management. You will assist the District Systems Applications Product (SAP) Plant Maintenance Coordinator when needed and support Maintenance Division and District staff in various maintenance tasks.
Your duties will encompass coordinating maintenance-related activities, preparing specifications, managing bids, ensuring quality assurance, and providing training on new procedures. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with the Minority Business Enterprise and the Women's Business Enterprise policies, as well as maintaining accurate records and files for Maintenance Division contracts.
