This role is an entry-level engineering position focused on conducting stationary source air emission testing. You will be involved in a structured training program, both formal and on-the-job, within the field of environmental engineering. You will work under the supervision of a professional engineer who will guide them in gaining practical experience and knowledge in applying environmental engineering theories and concepts to real-world issues.
The tasks assigned to you are intended to enhance their skills in problem-solving, enabling them to identify and define issues at the initial stages of project work. This position will be mentored in developing solutions that adhere to professional standards, as well as agency policies, rules, and regulations. As the training progresses, the complexity of assignments will increase, allowing you to work with more independence and autonomy.
