We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team to provide professional nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides professional nursing care and follows treatment plans for residents on assigned unit ensuring overall safety. May function as Shift Facility Charge Nurse.
• Prepares and maintains documentation involved in the administration of medications and resident treatment.
• Supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Aides and Medication Aides in the performance of direct resident care.
• Completes and attends educational in-services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This job requires mandatory COVID 19 vaccination or an approved exemption in accordance with CMS-3415-IFC from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
