Job Summary / Purpose
This Role will perform a set of defined activities for MBOs regionally for both Time and Attendance and Payroll. As a regional role reporting to CHI Connect Payroll & HRIS Support Center Operations, this role will ensure that defined processes and procedures related to time & attendance, payroll support, employee payment exceptions, analytics, etc. are completed timely and consistently

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education
High school diploma
Required Minimum Experience
3 to 5 years experience in centralized and multi-state environment

Associates degree and 1 to 2 years experience in centralized and multi-state environment. Lawson payroll

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong working knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance system

Advanced personal computer skills, advanced knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of payroll fundamentals

Knowledge of HIPPA
