- Responsibilities*
- Job Summary / Purpose* Perform a variety of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures of a moderately and highly complex nature, following established standards and practices to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

- Documents activities consistent with Hospital/Department/Unit Guidelines.
- Performs critical/frequent procedures or services.
- Provides care/services based on identified needs.
- Uses required equipment for providing care/services.
- Consults with Hospital/department resources.
- Demonstrates professional responsibility as per job classification.
- Demonstrates Core Values Guest Relations/Guest Service Standards.
- Demonstrates Core Values Based on Behavioral Standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Qualifications*
- Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education Completion of accredited training program
- Required Licensure and Certifications* MLT (ASCP), or equivalent certification.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training* Adequate conversational English is required in order that the individual be able to take direction from management, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with patients and co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines, and understand the Associate Handbook and all hospital policies.
- Pay Range* $25.48 - $25.48 /hour
