A dynamic tech startup at the forefront of integrating AI into healthcare to improve safety and outcomes in critical surgeries is searching for a Medical Sales Consultant to join their team in a remote position. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting with hospital leaders to kickstart pilot programs for our client s unique AI solutions. We are looking for candidates with a strong network in the healthcare industry to leverage their know-how and facilitate critical introductions for the CEO, enabling him to present the company s groundbreaking products that will transform their operations and elevate patient care. This is an amazing 2-3 month contract opportunity for healthcare retirees with strong industry knowledge and connections who can work strategically, hand-in-hand with the CEO to open doors and get the product into as many hospitals as possible!
Salary Range: $200 - $450 / hour DOE
Medical Sales Consultant Requirements:
Strong background in healthcare, particularly in hospital administration or medical sales
Established connections with high-level hospital personnel
Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with a flexible schedule and the dynamics of a startup culture
Experience selling AI features to hospitals is a big plus
Candidates must live on the West Coast
Medical Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Build relationships with hospital directors and other essential personnel to initiate pilot programs for AI solutions
Oversee the setup, execution, and follow-up of pilot tests, ensuring they meet strategic goals
Utilize established network to arrange meetings between CEO and hospital stakeholders, opening doors to new opportunities
Communicate the clinical and financial advantages of products to encourage adoption and implementation
Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine and implement sales strategies tailored to each hospital's culture and needs
