SUMMARY - The Neuroscience Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering care to patients admitted to Neurosurgery Service Line at Chandler Regional Medical Center.

MINIMUM

Master's Degree from an accredited school of nursing required.

Current AZ RN license

Current AZ NursePractitioner license; National Certification in a Nurse Practitioner specialty (ANP, ACNP,); Current DEA certificate;

American Heart Association BLSAmerican Heart Association ACLS

Credentialed as allied health professional

PREFERRED

1 year of advanced practice in neurosurgery 

CNRN or CCRN
