The Pharmacy Tech assists the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Pharmacy Techs will bring the following experience:

• 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, or Provisional License Required. Provisional Certifications must obtain State Certification within 12 months

Schedule:Sunday from 7a-7p and Monday – Wednesday 12:30-9 pm. Holidays will be done on a rotating basis.

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
