Common Crow Natural Market Kitchen is Hiring a Cafe Manager Near Gloucester, MA
We are seeking energetic, outgoing; reliable Cafe Manager who is passionate about organic and local food, awesome espresso drinks, hot food service, and customer service. This is a hands on supervisory role of our in store Cafe. The ideal candidate will lead and operate our cafe program while motivating and providing cafe staff with the tools required to ensure the highest level of service quality and consistency possible to the Common Crow shopper. The Cafe Manager will work alongside the Kitchen Manager to meet all department objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- excellent customer service skills and a passion for food service
- food safety and barista experience or training
- 2-5 years of food service experience from a restaurant or related business
- 2 years in a lead position developing and refining supervisory and management skills
- flexible schedule including availability early morning, nights and weekends
- great attitude, love to do everything well, fast paced, team player
- willingness to keep our store clean and beautiful
- excited to join the adventure of creating goodness in a fast growing store
- passion for organic and natural foods
