Commodore Perry Estate Press Release 

Role Summary
Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as a Estate Server at the Commodore Perry Estate in Austin, Texas. The Estate server will serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests and members. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of server experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• Prior luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
• Must be highly detailed orientated.
• Must have excellent listening skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.

Now refreshed and refurbished as a luxury 54 room resort, the property will open in mid-2020.
