The 100% Project is a cohort of schools in a collaborative partnership working to turn around inequitable public education one school at a time. This cohort of schools is currently comprised of Commodore John Rodgers Elementary / Middle, Harford Heights Elementary, James McHenry Elementary / Middle, Mary Rodman Elementary, and the Academy for Career and College Exploration (ACCE) Middle / High School.

Our network prioritizes family and community partnership, strong school culture, a rigorous student-centered mindset, and shared collaborative practice. As the 100% Project heads into into its 7th year of operation, with gains evident across all measures at all schools, we continue to expand and seek energetic educators with a growth mindset to join the 100% Project Team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,712.00 - $93,279.00 per year
