Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and hydraulics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
