About Us:
We're a dedicated team striving to enhance Massachusetts' political landscape by
running a transparent, accountable, and progressive Governor's Council campaign.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with our candidate's vision.
Manage campaign operations, including budgeting and staffing.
Coordinate outreach to District 4 communities to build support.
Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement.
Supervise staff and ensure efficient task delegation.
Utilize data analytics for targeted voter outreach.
Organize fundraising events and manage donor outreach.
Serve as liaison between candidate, team, and stakeholders.
Monitor political developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Campaign experience is a plus but we are willing to work with an individual who
is starting out in political field with energy and passion for campaigning
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and voter database software.
Knowledge/Learning of Massachusetts politics and electoral processes.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Bachelor's degree in political science or Student/related field preferred.
