What You Will Do:

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Work with specialty service providers to coordinate and supervise maintenance of specialty equipment.
• Carry out maintenance tasks and special projects.
• Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor expenses / maintenance budget, equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by upper management.

What You Will Bring:

• At least 3 years experience as a maintenance/repair associate required.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in a food production facility preferred, but not required.
• Licensed electrician preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Computer savvy (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Open availability / flexibility required.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of building maintenance and facilities equipment.
• Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
• Ability to consistently lift 35 - 50 lbs, unaided.
