Job Description:

Respond to service calls as needed. Assess damage from storm, water, fire, and emergency services.

Perform services as assigned, following the ANSI/IICRC S500, S520 and S740 procedural standard. Communicate with the Team leader to make sure all customer needs are met. Support Team leader and other production personnel, as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies as needed

• Maintain an organized and clean vehicle, equipment and workplace
• Utilizing industry leading software to accurately input job progress and photos
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Perform production processes following IICRC S500, S520 and S740 procedural standard as directed by your Team leader
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Team leader, clients and other technicians
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

Qualifications:

• Experience in water, fire and mold restoration/remediation preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required, we will train the right individual
• Ability to travel locally

· Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug testing, subject to applicable law

· Must have a valid driver’s license

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
• On-Call rotation
• Work overtime when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
