We are seeking a cleaning professional to join our team to clean in Wilmington NC. We are hiring a part time custodian to work:

Monday through Friday nights cleaning after 5pm

We have a few small offices located on S. Kerr Avenue and Military Cut off Road. Each take about 1 hour each. Depending on how many hours you are looking for.

Pay is starting at $15 per hour DOE

Duties would include but not limited to sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, wiping surfaces, dusting, taking out trash, cleaning glass doors, vacuuming and cleaning restrooms and a break room.

*** Requirements: ( must be able to pass background check ) ****

Must be able to pass a background check with no drug activity, larceny, or felonies.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Must have valid social security number and valid drivers license

Must have your own car and reliable transportation.

Must have working cell phone where you can be reached at all times.
