Commercial Bank is currently seeking a self-driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the Marketing Specialist position.
The Marketing Specialist will have a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include however are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate promotions and advertising of new and existing products.
- Community involvement.
- Coordinating and encouraging employee participation within volunteering opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
- Create and distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
- Social media management.
- Monitor CRA qualifying donations and services.
- Market tracking and research.
- Monitor and track the annual marketing and contributions budgets.
- Online brand management (online reviews, business listings, etc).
- Website management / search engine optimization (SEO).

Experience and Skills:
This position will be instrumental in developing and maintaining brand story/image. With the many different responsibilities within the marketing department, being organized, a strong ability to multi-task, strength in verbal and written communications and a proactive mindset will help the Marketing Specialist be successful!
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum requirement of two years marketing experience
