Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Cash Management, Remote Deposit, Merchant Services, Lock Box and Positive Pay customers and staff.
• Sets up new customers, handles contracts, trainings, installations and ongoing support.
• Assist in the retail delivery of the Treasury Management products.
• Assist in the training of the retail staff in Treasury Management product, sales and service.
• Will learn and assist in the opening of new DDA accounts for any Treasury Management customer throughout our footprint.
• Assist with the Merchant Services program to create a liaison between the customer and bank.
• Assist with daily review of new Netteller applications/maintenance.
• Assist customers/branches with resetting Netteller Security questions and Netteller access.
• Assist with daily review of mobile deposits, new applications and setup.
• Responsible for daily review of Remote Capture Large Items.
• Serves as back up as needed to E-Banking Operations Clerk.
• Runs debit card maintenance reports daily.
• Provides support on Ebanking phone calls.
• Maintains knowledge of all deposit related products.
• Employee has prompt and regular attendance.
• Complete training and development needed in order to meet or exceed production and service requirements.
• Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
• Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings
• Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
