Commerce Family Dental is currently seeking a full-time Dental Assistant in Commerce, TX!

Are you looking for an amazing dental team to join? We offer a great work environment where we work together as a team to serve the needs of our patients. Patients' care is our priority and building a place where all feel comfortable is key to the success of our practice. Must be outgoing, friendly, and motivated. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Dental Assistant and is willing to be cross-trained as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet patients
  • Update and maintain patient records
  • Order Supplies
  • Take X-rays
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Present treatment to patients
  • Assist clinicians chairside during dental procedures
  • Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed
  • Prepare operatories for patient visits

Education/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of previous dental assisting required
  • CPR Certification
  • Basic knowledge of practice management software
