Commerce City is Hiring a Youth Sports Specialist Near Center, CO
General Purpose
The City of Commerce City is looking for enthusiastic Youth Sports Specialists. Under the supervision of the Recreation Coordinator of Youth Sports, the Youth Sports Specialist will assist with the organization and supervision of a variety of youth sports programs. They will help to establish and maintain a safe, positive, and fun sports environment for all participants. They will follow all City and Department guidelines and policies. Weekend, holiday, and evening hours scheduled as needed.
These vacancies are open until filled. We will review applications every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range is $16.15 - $18.51 per hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working with individuals in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher Education
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred:
- Experience working in sports, specifically youth sports
- Coaching and/or officiating experience
- Coaching/Umpiring Certifications
