Job Details Job Location CDG Pocket - New York, NY Salary Range $16.00 - $17.00 Description Job Description The Pocket Specialist's main objective is the development of the Pocket business through the creation and subsequent retention of new relationships with clients, as well as the familiarization of the brand's existing clientele. By offering the very best customer service and by meeting clients' needs and expectations at all times, you will aim to achieve the Company's key financial targets. Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the very best levels of customer service at all times
Selling, directing and driving sales in all categories of Pocket (Play RTW, Play Converse, Perfume, Accessories)
Communicating with Merchandising team about sizing and replenishment opportunities
Offering a personalized shopping and styling experience to our POCKET clients
Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets working closely with the team to do so
Ensuring that CDG POCKET customers are added to the client database
Keeping up to date with all current fashion trends and advising customers accordingly on stock availability.
Maintaining a Customer book of key customers and VIP's specializing in the Play brands
Involved with staff training and ongoing presentations to store to re-iterate the importance of POCKET brands
An eye for visual merchandising to continually tweak the space and work closely with the head of visual merchandising.
Key Requirement & Skills:
Specific understanding of the Comme des Garcons Fashion House, aesthetic, consumer and sub-brands.
Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business
Ability to clientele at a high level and set the example for other members of the sales team.
Specific understanding of POCKET merchandise and stock availability.
Knowledge of Retail Pro preferred
