Security Clearance: 

Current Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI is required 

Role: 

Provides technical leadership for day-to-day operation. Responsible for providing planning, direction and coordination of all engineering efforts. Designs, develops and oversees system architectures, including complex systems and systems design activities. Ensures conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system. Supports design reviews. Maintains knowledge of current and developing technologies and design and analysis methodologies and develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development. This position is responsible for technical performance and engineering costs and schedules and serves as the Contractor's technical spokesperson for projects and/or programs. Advises management and customers on operations and research studies and applications, including technology assessments, schedule and budget development to complete projects and deliver results to customers.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in technical field

· 12 years of related, proven experience

Desired Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in technical field

· 20 years of related, proven experience
