Job Title: Shipping Lead

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Company Overview: Command Logistics LLC. is a provider of warehouse services, committed to delivering efficient and reliable warehousing with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a skilled Shipping Lead and is familiar with safe pallet stacking procedures to join our dynamic team in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

· Lead a team of shipping personnel.

· Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets productivity and accuracy goals.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Shipping Operations:

· Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments.

· Manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

3. Inventory Management:

· Work closely with other departments to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.

4. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

· Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.

· Prepare and review shipping documents, such as bills of lading and packing slips.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

5. Carrier and Vendor Relations:

· Communicate with carriers to coordinate transportation and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

7. Customer Service:

· Work closely with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping and receiving.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting delivery commitments and maintaining accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the logistics industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping/receiving, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Warehouse experience: 3 years (Required)
