Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management. This includes monitoring stock levels, conducting data analysis, implementing efficient warehouse management practices, and ensuring accurate and timely inventory reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in the warehouse
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Analyze inventory data using tools such as Tableau to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Implement and maintain a robust materials handling system to streamline operations
- Train and supervise warehouse staff and direct reports on proper inventory management procedures.
