Job Description: As one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in the country, Comma Insurance is looking for a full-time Service Desk Technician to add to our team. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues on the front lines for the organization. Job Responsibilities: •\tAct as the primary contact for IT systems related troubleshooting and issue resolution to support day-to-day operations\t\t
•\tAct as the technical liaison between IT and all other functional departments within the organization
•\tAssist with access control, security, configuration, and optimization of all IT systems/platforms
• Assist with new team member onboarding across the organization as it pertains to technical requirements
•\tAssist with reporting creation and data analysis Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Qualifications - •\t1-2 years of IT service/help desk experience (formal education will be considered in lieu of professional experience)
•\tMS Office 365 Windows OS – required
•\tMicrosoft Azure Portal – strongly preferred
•\tAny combination of the following: A certification, Cloud certification, Network certification, Microsoft certifications – preferred
•\tCyber Security/Anti-Phishing experience – desirable
•\tSIP/VOIP, Azure VM, and/or SQL experience – desirable
•\tStrong written & oral communication skills
