**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. - Perform mechanical tasks such as welding, fabricating, and maintaining equipment. - Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure tasks are completed effectively. - Conduct facilities maintenance including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical repairs. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment. - Experience supervising maintenance teams. - Ability to weld and fabricate metal structures. - Proficiency in maintaining logic controllers for automated systems. - Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
