Assistant General Manager

 Our brand-new RV park is an oasis of comfort, relaxation, and adventure. Nestled amidst scenic landscapes, we offer unparalleled amenities and personalized experiences for our guests. As we prepare to launch, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Clubhouse Director to join our team.

Role Overview:

As the Clubhouse Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of clubhouse operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and an unparalleled experience for our guests. You will be responsible for a multidisciplinary team. From food and beverage services to spa treatments, events, and concierge services, your leadership will define the heart of our resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with F&B manager to create enticing menus that elevate dining experiences.
  • Ensure impeccable service standards in our clubhouse restaurant and bar.
  • Monitor inventory, manage vendor relationships, and optimize costs.
  • Oversee spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and guest satisfaction.
  • Create a serene and rejuvenating environment for our guests.
  • Implement health and safety protocols.
  • Train and lead activities and events team
  • Curate a diverse range of activities and events for guests of all ages.
  • Plan themed evenings, workshops, and outdoor adventures.
  • Foster a sense of community through engaging programs.
  • Train and lead the concierge team to provide personalized assistance.
  • Arrange reservations, tours, and special requests.
  • Be the go-to resource for guests seeking local recommendations.
  • Set the tone for exceptional guest interactions.
  • Address feedback promptly and proactively.
  • Resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in budget creation and monitor expenses.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving measures.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies for revenue growth.
  • Mentor and motivate staff across departments.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak seasons.
  • Retail store operations
  • Oversee customer relations and daily merchandise sales
  • Place merchandise orders, receive and verify vendor deliveries, and determine product selection

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resort management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Business acumen, including financial management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
