Comfort Suites Norwich is Hiring a Bartender Near Norwich, CT

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Comfort Suites Norwich CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer requests
  • Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and tidy
  • Take orders from customers and ensure they are accurately processed and served
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and policies
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Build relationships with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere for new customers
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the establishment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of bartending experience
  • Extensive knowledge of all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Conneticut
