Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative ways to attract and retain customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction -Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the
-Develop and agree departmental sales plans and communicate them clearly to all parties.
-Ensure in house promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales and
marketing promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on market insights
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
