As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a proper manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
