Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Fabricate and weld metal components as needed - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment - Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Experience: - Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting - Experience with logic controllers is a plus - Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
