Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour

Comfort Keepers is a family-owned and operated home care organization that services Yolo and Solano Counties. The Safety & Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care and customer satisfaction. Coordinates all Caregiver training, from orientation and ongoing, and conducts client reassessments. Covers open client shifts as needed. This position can be based from our Woodland or Vacaville office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Caregiver
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to build strong relationships with Clients, Caregivers, and Teammates
• Ability to manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Caregiver training, from orientation and throughout their employment
• Conduct client reassessments
• Assist with HR functions: managing certifications, separations, etc.
• Assisting with phone volume while providing world-class customer service
• Covering shifts as needed
