Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the agency's goals and objectives are met.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and client care coordination.
3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of caregivers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.
4. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee engagement.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote the agency's services and enhance our reputation.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay current on industry trends, developments, and innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.
9. Create and sustain community networking relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field PREFERRED.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in healthcare, preferably in home care or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for home care agencies.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward clients and their families.

• Competitive salary ($69,000-$85,000) commensurate with experience plus opportunity for incentive bonuses
