• Support daily activities and provide in-home care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. CNA responsibilities include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients, ensuring patients take their medication, assessing vital signs, and other duties assigned.
•  Document in the electronic medical record.
• Travel to and from client residences or places of company business.
• Provide office support as directed.

• Current in-state CNA license
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care Certified (free training available upon hire)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving
• Excellent attendance
• A reliable vehicle and carry the personal vehicle in amounts sufficient to satisfy any requirements under state law.
• Provide excellent in-home care within a designated territory.
• Support caregiver staff and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Computer skills and ability to enter data in software and mobile applications.
• Provides administrative support to various members of an office team.
• Other office support duties as assigned.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
